The last couple weeks have been very exciting and I warn you now…this is a post with A LOT of pictures. So I hope you have some time on your hands. Here are a couple pics of the roof. The dormers have been completed and the porch, gables and eaves have been primed.

I know you all have seen our magnificent tree….but I got this shot the other night and I had to include it. I’ve never seen a tree like this one. huge!

Okay so this is a little pile of raccoon poo (bare with me), but I think it’s absolutely hilarious that a rodent snuck into our house, and decided to relieve himself on the one little raised area in the entire house…the place where the outlet will be in the floor. “Someone” is scolding us for building in his territory.
